eg.1, has launched The GC Index in partnership with Adrian Furnham, Management Expert and Professor of Psychology, following on from research published earlier this year. The GC index enables organisations to identify their Game Changers at all levels, allowing these individuals to thrive and deliver outstanding results.

Differing from traditional assessments, The GC Index has been developed in response to a demand from leaders and HR professionals to help them identify this untapped pool of talent, people with that ‘special something’, who have the ability to ‘re-write the things we do’. Research published by eg.1, The DNA of a Game Changer, shows that almost three quarters (72%) of leaders say less than 11% of their employees are Game Changers. At the same time this talent pool is often stifled or neglected.

This view is echoed by Adrian Furnham, Management Expert and Professor of Psychology, who suggests that The GC Index has the ability to reshape talent management as we know it.
